Arthur Hinsley. Hinsley wasn't quite as well known as the others - Branham , Coe, Roberts, Allen and a few more, but moved in the same power. Floyd's mom was a practicing witch and , before he was saved, he rode with the Hell's Angels. He's Director of the Worldwide Church of Jesus Christ. He moves strongly in the prophetic and has had a number of major miracles occur in his ministry. He has a delightful Texas cowboy accent (spent a good deal of his time in Texas), as well as an outstanding singing ministry- 4 cd's to his credit. Recently relocated to Harrisburg, PA, Floyd says he's always had a heart for the Northeast , so he believes God's destiny for him is now being fulfilled.
