Area Spiritual Events for December 2009

Dear Friends:

Below is an abbreviated version of Area Spiritual Happenings for December, traditionally a month in which many churches conduct their own pre-Christmas activities, as opposed to scheduling special guests.

2009 Has been an extremely busy and blessed year for Extra Mile Ministries.
In networking with area churches and ministries we’ve been able to schedule throughout our region some of the Lord’s most gifted and anointed servants from both across the country and foreign nations who have collectively ministered to multiplied thousands in the greater Central PA area. Conservatively speaking, hundreds have been saved, healed and delivered as a result of these great men and women of God gracing our area….and countless numbers of saints edified by their preaching and teaching of the Word.

Extra Mile Ministries was privileged to introduce the following ministries to the area for the first time in 2009: Steven Brooks, Dr. Ron Charles, Prophet Jeff Collier, Evangelist Augie David, Evangelist JerryFitzgerald, Prophetess Sue Knauff, Prophet Rob Lech, Evangelist Joshua Mandapalli, Prophet Alan Mason, Evangelist Dennis O’Daniel, Prophetess Robyn Thom Rodgers, and Evangelist Harry Wingler.

Additionally, Extra Mile Ministries assisted in scheduling the following ministries in and around Pennsylvania in 2009 – a number of whom we had introduced to the area for the first time in previous years: Dr. Bruce Allen, Evangelist Joanna Coe Herndon, Prophet John Mark Pool, Prophet Jose Santana, Prophetic Evangelists Andy & Cathy Sanders,Todd White, Prophetic Evangelists Keith & Mary Hudson, Evangelist Freddy Clark, Evangelist Mary “Mamma” Jenkins, Evangelist Miguel Escobar, Don Heist, Evangelist Ricky Leonard, Dr. Mike Yeager, Evangelist Chris Vernon, Revivalists Ron & Connie Khoury, Evangelist Alfredo Munoz, Evangelist Jack Coe, and Evangelist John Killian.

Here are just a few examples of some of the miracles that occurred locally with these ministries: one evangelist had 10 people testify that their deaf ears were healed; another had a nine year-old girl healed of Lyme disease – her doctor was so astounded when he tested her that he asserted, “I don’t know who prayed for you, but I am willing to write them a letter attesting to this miracle;” in another meeting a heroine addict walked in off the street, got saved and is now enrolled in a Teen Challenge drug and alcohol rehabilitation program…. and the list could go on and on and on. God has been so good!!

Robyn Thom Rodgers , www.robynthomrodgers.com , from Louisville, KY. Her dad, Robert Thom, was considered one of the greatest prophets of South Africa. He prophesied the beginnings of both The 700 Club and TBN. Robyn moves in deliverance, word of knowledge and often receives corporate and regional prophetic words from the Lord. The following is a quote from the IHOPU web site.

"On November 11, during a 9:00am class of first-year students, led by Allen Hood and Wes Hall at International House of Prayer University (IHOPU), the Spirit moved in their midst with physical healings, deliverance, and a spirit of joy. That class, on November 11, continued for more than 15 hours. The word spread quickly, and over 2,000 people spontaneously gathered in the auditorium from all over the Kansas City area, as deliverance and physical healings increased. The meeting continued well past midnight. Recognizing that the Spirit was moving, the leadership of IHOPU canceled all classes for the next few days so that we could gather to receive all that the Spirit wanted to do."
